  Good central location in Edinburgh, parking was a little bit of a chore and came at an extra cost but was worth it being so close to the cities attractions. The hospitality was what made our stay special, we received a warm welcome which continued throughout. Breakfast was lovely.
  The room was well presented and the bed was comfy, only little gripe was that the bedroom lock didn't really seem to work but seeing as we were behind the 2 locked front doors this didn't bother us too much.

  Overall a lovely guesthouse. The host Jackie is warm and welcoming. She arranged an early check-in after our overnight flight. The breakfast is superb with everything locally sourced. Recommend the porridge with a dash of malt whiskey!
