  Great experience all round. My out of the box new bike needed setup for use; derailleur and brakes needed adjusted/refitted, and generally fine tuned before getting out on the roads. High quality work, helpful service and value for money.

  Fabulous bike shop: I definitely prefer to use the Cycle Service over other shops in Edinburgh! Excellent prices, the best service - had a full service by Hannah yday of my commuting bike - she ended up having to replace quite a lot, but phoned to check before doing anything we hadn’t discussed when I dropped him off (the bike - affectionately known as the Dromedary). Now feels like a new bike (and he wasn’t new when I got him). Cannot recommend them highly enough!!
