  Never again. Phoned to say that I would be 5 minutes late due to roadworks. Got told I needed a new appointment because I would be late. I suffer from trauma and it pushed me over the edge. I found Specsavers, due to a friend's initiative, were more helpful. Don't recommend Asda opticians at all.
