  Update 2: Later the staff in store refunded me on the phone. After going through a few hoops eventually issue solved..

  Still 3/5 stars for overall company procedures.
  
  Update: The store contacted me, following an email exchange with the support address.. Seem willing to help further so i've increased the star rating from 1 - 2.. If we get to the root of the issue with the phone, it would be worth a higher rating.

  Friendly staff in store. This poor rating comes from a history of buying faulty products. The online support and warranty testing feedback is no good.
  
  I've lost patience from communicating with staff who don't track properly the history of the product.
  
  Given it a few chances.. don't waste your time, it will only cause you a headache dealing with this company.
