  I have worked with Chapman’s since I moved to London back in 2011 and decided to rent out my flat in Edinburgh. I remember that I was bombarded with emails from the larger letting agencies and I could have just gone with one of them, but I really wanted to find someone I could trust and who would provide a service that I could rely on. After meeting Laura I knew that she ticked all the boxes and quickly decided to go with Chapmans, even though I knew it was quite a new business and was up against some well established brands. For the last seven years I have had no issues with my property and I don't have to worry as Laura has done a great job at screening and finding good tenants. The service includes thorough inspections every 6 months, which gives me a lot of comfort, and they are great at highlighting issues when they need to be dealt with. It has been a pleasure working with Laura and the team and its been great to see the business expand, which just shows the great job that Chapmans provide to other customers as well. I would highly recommend Chapmans to anyone looking for a personal and trustworthy letting agency service.

  Rented a flat from Chapmans for 8 months with a friend. Their service was always friendly. They also took care to notify us ahead of time when they arranged flat viewings once we notified them that we were moving out and always asked if those viewings were convenient for us.
  
  They sometimes took a while to respond to requests to fix things, however when we moved out we did our best to clean the flat and received our full deposit back, even though a lounge lamp had stopped working and we only managed to notify them of it a few days before we moved out. This meant a lot to me because I’ve known landlords who have argued to keep the deposit even once the flat had been cleaned over minor matters. It was nice to be trusted for once. Would recommend.
