  It was a long time ago that I visited here for some advice but I am blown away at the time and effort that these volunteers put into helping people for free! While waiting to meet the woman who's name I now cant remember I even saw people going in and hassling the volunteers because they wanted to be seen immediately in one case and in another a couple who didn't speak English complained that the person who was giving up her time to give advice ONLY spoke English!!
  
  My metaphoric hat goes off to the staff in this place.
