  Haven't actually been for an appointment yet but the lady on reception was VERY rude to me. I don't have a next of kin anymore due to death but she demanded I put a number, so I put a random number and she told me "we will check that". Love, you took 10 minutes to see me at the desk, so how can you find time to call everyone's next of kin? Aye right. Very unwelcoming.

  Bad example of receptionist !!
  Been told to fill the form for a new registration. Next When I done it and tried to submit / hand them over, 2nd time receptionist Ms. Georgina (hope it's a right spell) said, this is not the right form to fill (why they gave me that wrong form on first place!?). There is a new form! And only 10 people they accept for the whole week. She advised me to come next Monday.
  Next Monday when I been there, same receptionist now explaining.. There is no form left. All finished! Come next Monday.fill the form and submit!
  Well if I come next Monday and fill the form for my whole family, definitely it will take time. All single details I need to fill again as I'll try to be within 10 lucky people's circle. Fingers crossed.
  
  All reviews saying, there Doctors are good but receptionist are opposite. Can't confirm about the doctors but about receptionist, I think reviews are telling the truth.
  
  A morning shows the day.
  In any premises, receptionist/front person is a day. They are the face of an Institution.
  My day started with a wrong form and still whole day left.
