  My advise? Stay far far away from this place.
  When we first arrived we waited for over an hour with out even being addressed. That is understandable as Edinburgh is a big city and their are lots of tourists like us.
  However the service we received
  And the car was abysmal.
  Our first encounter with the hertz rep at the desk they showed us the "not hidden but you just can't see it" hidden fees associated with our online booking. Then we were pushed to upgrade cars, upgrade insurance and upgrade gps (which at the end said they would just give us).
  They used scare tactics to tell us we needed the gps incase our cells didn't have service (we have a plan with 3 and we're fine ) we would be lost and stranded.
  Once we got the car they didn't give us a manual for it or a manual for the gps.
  The Audi we had was physically uncomfortable, the tire pressure light was broken, the fuel gage was always incorrect the radio kept turning on at random times on a loud volume and the car key needed to be clicked 8times to open.
  When we returned they asked how the car was and I tried extra hard to slowly explain the issues I had and the man said,"this is the best car", to which I replied, "well from our experience we had a difficult time." The hertz rep then started taking very quickly about all the benefits of the car, and said sorry if
  You had a bad vacation it's not the car, to which I replied, "we had a lovely time, I am just trying to explain what we found challenging, and that we could have really used a manual. The rep walked away and he never came back.
  Please learn from my mistake, just book somewhere, anywhere, else.
  Update: Harry is the best employee in the whole place, friendly and helpful, if you do book with this hertz ask for him.
