  Amazing location (a couple of steps to Royal Mile, 5 mins to Princes Street, 2 mins to Waverly train station), great quality, dog friendly, lovely staff, good value for money with what's available, great bar right outside (The Devils Advocate), finished to a really high standard. Single glazing because a listed building, so whilst on a quiet back street, if a light sleeper like my wife, take some earplugs. (I didn't notice!). Definitely recommend very highly!!!
