  I am pleased to say that I had a very different experience from the first reviewer.
  I too went initially on an offer as my previous hairdresser moved away and I was desperately needing not only my hair cut but coloured and to find a new hairdresser.
  I live close to this Salon but due to the small frontage and it being the only shop on this part of Gorgie road I had not previously noticed it.
  
  The experience from start to finish was great! Jon and his team have created an unpretentious, comfy and friendly place to visit and wee Bonnie does her bit to make you feel welcome by refusing to be ignored.
  
  On arrival Jon introduced himself and asked me what I wanted done with my hair, I was a bit vague as I find it difficult to visualise what I want.
  John listened and amazingly seemed to understand what I was saying. We then discussed colour options and I went for an all over colour of Jon’s suggestion.
  
  After having my hair dyed I then had it washed and I had the most AMAZING head massage ever by Jae.
  
  Jon then cut dried and finished my hair.
  All in I was there for just over 2 hours and have to say I think it is possibly the best haircut that I’ve ever had and I am really chuffed with the colour too!
  
  This may be a wee local salon but the talent is not to be under estimated and I for sure will be recommending this salon to my friends.
